Pr. Ofono Leonard Reck is the Current Chairperson of WAKISO DISTRICT NON GOVERNMENTAL NON GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS NETWORK (WADNGONET). He successfully served as the General Secretary of Wakiso District Non Governmental Forum a position he held since February 2014 until he was elected into the role of the Chairperson on 04^th August 2022.

He rose to these Ranks having joined the Network as one of the Directors of Member Organizations, Prior to that, He is the Founder of WAYDEEP Youth Development Programme, and He is the Director and Founder of Restore Family Mission International to present

Pr.Ofono Leonard Reck is a qualified , Competent and Experienced Grief Recovery Specialist with a Bachelors in Grief and Bereavement Counselling, with 10 Years Experience Specializing in Bereavement Counselling, Leadership and General Management . He holds several Post graduate certificates in Health care, Leadership, , Entrepreneurial skills , Introductory Political Education and Military Science, Biblical Studies Reproductive Health Advocacy among others

Pr Ofono Leonard Reck is an Ordained Servant of God and a BORN AGAIN; Founder at Restore Family Mission International a Registered Company Limited by Guarantee and Currently the Secretary for Family Affairs in Wakiso District under the National Fellowship of Born Again Pentecostal Churches of Uganda (NAFBAC)

He has expertise in Project Planning and Management, Public Sector planning, budgeting and Financial Management Coupled with Proficiency in Policy Formulation

He is member of the National Fellowship of Pentecostal Churches of Uganda and Now Serves as the Secretary for Family Affairs of Wakiso District
