We envision a future where NGOs work together effectively, advocate for change, and address pressing social, economic, and environmental challenges. Guided by principles of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, our key objectives include promoting community-driven development, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and advocating for inclusive growth. Our journey is intricately woven into the fabric of Wakiso's history. Following its emergence as a distinct administrative entity in 2000, Wakiso District embarked on a trajectory of transformation and progress. However, this transition also brought forth a host of developmental challenges, including disparities in access to basic services, limited economic opportunities, and pressing environmental concerns. In response to these challenges, WADNGONET was established as a beacon of hope, providing a platform for grassroot organizations to amplify their voices and advocate for inclusive development strategies.
